How I Came to This (and Why It Helps People Like You)

Even the most earth-shuttering insights left me feeling as if I was doing something wrong… because I could SEE it so clearly, yet unable to CHANGE how I felt inside.
I've been in that place more than once: trying so hard (hours of therapy, stacks of books and courses, meditation apps, retreats) and still looping, trapped in the numbness, the pointlessness, the survival mode. Feeling as if I was living as a bystander of my life…
That's when it became clear: my purpose wasn't just to heal myself, but to find a way forward that could work for people like me — the ones for whom the "path most traveled" simply doesn't work and who cannot find that way out.
